Among these services are the STAR (Stabilization, Training, Assistance, Reintegration) Crisis Homes — specialized facilities designed to help individuals with complex behavioral health or developmental disabilities needs stabilize in a safe, structured environment before reintegrating into community settings.
As part of this partnership, CornerHealth Urgent Care will now perform pre-employment health screenings for job applicants seeking positions at DDS’s two Costa Mesa crisis homes. These screenings are a vital step in ensuring that every staff member who joins the DDS team is healthy, qualified, and ready to provide compassionate care to residents.
